Women of northwest Houston seeking high-quality, personalized beauty care should look no further than Visage Salon and Day Spa. Visage owner Lee Pham, who has been in the beauty industry for more than 20 years, prepares his staff to be constantly aware of the latest trends.
“My staff and I are addicted to going to hair shows several times a year in cities such as Long Beach, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York and Orlando,” Pham said. “Constantly staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques is our trick of the trade in staying ahead of the competition and to earn clients’ loyalty.”
Pham is constantly educating his stylists on new techniques. His interest in the beauty industry began at a young age, when he started drawing sketches of different hair and makeup styles.
“Working my way up to being able to be the owner of my own salon has allowed me to enjoy every aspect of this industry,” he said. “My favorite part of it is when every single client walks out of my salon looking fabulous and feeling like a million bucks.”
